![]() As with any other procedures, surgical exposure is as important as the easiness of the technique and low complication rate in neck dissection. In addition to the perceived advantages in terms of the ease of access and adequacy of exposure, other factors like primary wound healing, cosmesis, and functional results are generally used to compare one technique with another. Since its original description by George Crile in 1906, numerous modifications in the extent and the technique of the operation have been described. Neck dissection is one of the most commonly performed procedures in the management of nodal metastasis in head and neck cancers. When aesthetic appearance becomes important, local and regional tissues are required for resurfacing the cheek. Good functional and aesthetic results can be achieved with thin flaps which match in color, texture, skin quality and hair bearing characteristics with the face. The secret of an aesthetic reconstruction lies in visualization of what is normal and determination of what is missing from anatomic and aesthetic point of view. The unique character of the facial skin and limited availability of local matching tissue poses difficulty in facial reconstruction. Generally, head and neck cancers, which invade the skin, require extensive resection. ![]() The greatest difficulty is in reconstruction of the defect caused by tumor resection. *Now to the odd part which in my opinion is those seconds with both laps they were the same in a mysterious way? I don't know is it a coincidence or not (but weird anyway)? There was 10 seconds between every clearing and they spawned at the same second on the clock. At times, management of head and neck cancer is difficult. Ore spawning time is around 10 minutes to 30 minutes and as I stated before that "come back after 30 min" was a good call, it is pretty much a perfect call! I came up with quite odd results*, but let's get to it! ![]() ![]() I cleared 5 veins and waited and I did it twice, so two laps I would say. I did this with 35 level miner so each ore takes 9,5 seconds to clear so around 10 seconds to clear one and jump to another (this is added to the time after '/'). So I decided to use an hour of my life to measure/time ore spawning time and share this experience with you guys ^^. I was trying to find information about ore spawning time but couldn't get a clear answer.īest advice that I found was to wait 30 minutes after clearing certain mine to go back (which is actually a good call!) ![]()
